We are dedicated to providing people 50+ with quality health and dental services. We also serve as an important source of information on healthy aging in our rapidly growing community.
Hours: Open Mondays through Thursdays, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.except holidays. The clinic is not open evenings and weekends and does not treat emergencies. Since clinic hours can vary, please call us at 239.566.7425 for an appointment.
If you are 50 years or older, have trouble finding quality health or dental care in Collier County, and meet low income guidelines, you can count on us! Our clinic has highly qualified and credentialed licensed volunteer physicians and dentists supported by volunteer nurses, secretary and support personnel. Caring for patients and practicing for the sheer loved of medicine is their motivation. They work in close cooperation with the Collier County Health Department to provide health care to hundreds of patients each year.
The clinic provides:
General physical examinations,including EKGs
Referrals for lab work and X-rays at other local facilities
General Dental services
Referrals to other local physicians if needed
Monitoring of chronic illnesses, including diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease
The clinic is a Medicare provider and we use a sliding fee scale for the uninsured. Patient incomes must meet low-income guidelines. A brief telephone call in advance with your current income information is required to confirm your eligibility. Bring your medications, your insurance cards and any additional information which will assist doctors in treating you.

Senior Friendship Centers is a non-Profit 5013(c) which has been providing care to enable older adults to live with independence and dignity since 1973. Senior Friendship Centers Collier Clinic has been serving Collier County older adults since 1985. Senior Friendship Centers Health Clinics are considered a national model for the delivery of health care to older adults. Drawing on the talents of caring retired and volunteer physicians, dentists, pharmacists, secretaries and clinic aides, they provide quality care for older adults in need.
