Caregivers are invited to learn more about the AARP Prepare to Care program from 10 - 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30 from10 a.m. - 11 a.m. at the Senior Friendship Center Caregiver Resource Center, 1820 Brother Geenen Way, Sarasota
What is AARP’s Prepare To Care? This planning guide for families is designed to help organize personal information, and identify your partners in care (formal and informal) in a user friendly document.
How will this benefit me? Participants receive a workbook, assistance from a trained volunteer, and access to the interactive tool (password protected), only available through this program at this time.
What is expected of me?
• Attend Prepare to Care Orientation
• Time on your own to compile information.
• Willingness to communicate and access help from trained volunteer.
• Complete a brief survey of your experience
