Q. What is Friends of the Center Membership?
A: It's an opportunity to show your support for all the programs and services you receive through the Center, and to receive discounts on classes, facility rental and more.
For just a few cents a day, you will help pay the costs to keep the center open -- including maintenance and overhead.
Our buildings are not owned or run by federal state of local government. Senior Friendship Centers is a non-profit organization and your support is essential for the future.
Q. What are the benefits of becoming a member?

The personal satisfaction of knowing you are supporting an organization that helps thousands of older adults in our community every day.

Reduced class fees on a variety of classes and activities at the Center, include -- fitness, balance movement, dance, arts & crafts, foreign languages and some special events. Classes are $2 for members and $4 for non-members.
Q. How do I become a member?
A: There are several levels of annual membership:

$40 for a single membership for anyone over the age of 50

$60 for couples, two people living at the same address, one over the age of 50

$30 for guest membership for seasonal members age 50+, up to three months

FREE to all seniors over the age of 90
Membership runs a full year, from your date of registration to the anniversary of that date the following year, except for seasonal members. Applications are available at the information desks at
