Elder Helpline: 1-800-96-ELDER (1-800-963-5337) | Call this number for information on home and community-based services through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging of Southwest Florida.  The Elder Helpline is your starting point to access federal or state funded programs and services offered through The Friendship Centers in the communities we serve. This nationwide network conducts preliminary interviews needed to connect people needing services to providers.

Helping older adults and their families access programs and services is key to our mission. While we may not have all the answers, we can provide a starting point to for information related to many of the services provided on our campuses. Our Elder Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment.
