Nutrition

Four Friendship Cafes are conveniently located throughout Charlotte County.

Healthy lunches in a vibrant, social setting are served to those 60+ years of age. Open Monday through Friday. Join in the fun - arrive early and shoot a game of pool, or choose a partner for a challenging game of cards.

Nutrition With Attitude!

Take part in daily exercise programs, arts & crafts, discussion groups, Bingo and Pinochle. Stimulating presentations from experts on topics such as accident prevention and healthy aging.

A $3 meal donation is requested to help cover the cost of the meals. While no one is denied a meal if unable to pay, the contribution helps us provide more meals for elders in our community. Reservations are required 24-hours in advance by calling (941) 743-5553.
